Working at Daystar

Working at Daystar is one of the most unique and rewarding opportunities for educators, nurses, and other professionals dedicated to public service. For all parents, leaving their infant in the care of someone else is difficult. For Daystar parents, leaving their medically-fragile infant in our care can be even harder. The Daystar team recognizes the significance of building strong relationships, being trustworthy and dependable, and responding to our families' needs. This requires a commitment to using daily care routines, being flexible and adapting to the individual needs of each Daystar child and to the Daystar environment as a whole.
